Robusta Cherry Picking

Coffee at Elkhill Estates is cultivated, processed, and graded entirely within our estate ecosystem. Each grade represents a balance of size, density, and cup character, carefully sorted to meet different brewing and blending requirements.

Coffee grading is based on a combination of screen size, density, bean shape, and visual inspection. Larger and denser beans typically offer better roast stability and flavour clarity, while smaller grades are used for blends and commercial applications. Every lot is graded to ensure consistency and quality.
