Elkhill Estates is situated i n Kodagu (Coorg) district i n Karnataka State, India. Historically, Coorg is considered as India's best coffee-growing region, with the British introducing the crop i n 1854. I n Coorg, both Arabica and Robusta coffees are grown at elevations between 1,500 - 3,500 ft.

Situated i n the core Robusta growing zone in Coorg Dist., the eight estates a t Elkhill, spread across 1008 hectares produce and export over 1000 tonnes o f high-quality speciality coffees annually. Using the 'fermented and washed' process and the in-house Curing Works, Elkhill produces some o f the best Robusta Coffees i n the world i n addition t o our high-quality Arabicas. Elkhill also produces between 50 - 75 tonnes o f organically cultivated coffee annually.
